Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities include:

Creating a safe and nurturing environment for children.
Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Preparing nutritious meals adhering to dietary guidelines.
Supervising children indoors and outdoors, ensuring their safety.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in childcare areas.
Communicating effectively with parents or guardians.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need:

Genuine love for children, patience, and a nurturing disposition.
Prior experience in childcare or relevant certifications.
Basic understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
CPR and first aid certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Clean background check and references from previous childcare experience.
Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized childcare environment.
Strong communication skills for positive interactions with children and parents.

Tasks

Your tasks may include:

Assuming full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents.
Performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Shopping for food and household supplies.
Traveling with the family on trips and assisting with child supervision and housekeeping.
Washing, ironing, and pressing clothing and household linens.
Bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children.
Disciplining children according to parents’ methods.
Instructing children in personal hygiene and social development.
Keeping records of daily activities and children’s health information.
Maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home.
Organizing activities, games, and outings for children.
Preparing and serving nutritious meals.
Preparing infants and children for rest periods.
Supervising and caring for children.
Tending to the emotional well-being of children.
